Ausfuehrung 94 - 1908

Goldglas: Square pieces of gold foil between two layers of crystal.

Note: While there are several Series I productions prior to 1900 that mention "Goldglas Ausf 94", the pattern copyright for "Goldglas" was applied for in 1908 and introduction to the term "Ausfuehrung" was 1907. Several documented Ausf 94 examples produced in 1908 have also been found to exhibit the crossed-arrows, engraved mark which might lead one question the 1908 production date.  However, on page 331 of the 2003 Edition of “Loetz Bohemian Glass 1880 – 1940”, there is a notation that this mark was also applied in 1907 when Loetz gave a collection to the Applied Arts Museum in Pilsen as well as part of the collection given to the museum in Klatovy.
