Dark blue ground with cobalt, or ruby ground with cobalt; silver iridescent peacock feathers. 

Decor identified by Bill Fitzsimmons. (Note: this decor was originally classified as being Ausf 244. However, after researching the production numbers for Ausf 244, it became clear that Ausf 244 is a decor that was made "mit Kakteen" or with cactus and not peacock eye and feathers)
