Spreading orange ground; silver-yellow trailing at top of vessel in relief, blue-green threading at bottom of vessel to represent water, with stylized vertical green and silver-yellow lancet leaves. Silver-yellow 'setting sun' with zigzag silver-yellow reflections in 'water'. Exhibition décor by Franz Hofstoetter. One of the most famous of all Loetz vases.
