Ground: Candia with a silvery-blue feathered decor.

Note: This decor was originally thought to be an example of PG 829 but after a closer examination of both the drawing on paper pattern II-830 and the decor description for PG 830 listed for PN II-831, we now know that it is PG 830. Decor identified by Deb Fitzsimmons.
